Shipping Policy

Customers have enjoy our Malaysia Localized Shipping, we will provide you with our Proof of Shipping and STANDARD SHIPPING (With Tracking) . so that you will be able to track your order at all times, until it arrives your doorstep.

Our Localized Shipping services are only available for purchase within Malaysia ( Peninsular & East Malaysia). We don’t ship to other countries.

About the risk of the product not arriving your doorstep is still there, If after 21 days, you still haven't received your order, we will escalate the matter to our tier 2 support team and refund your money, no questions asked.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME

Orders will be processed within 72 hours of ordering and be shipped the next day after the processing day.

Shipping takes between 3 calendar days and 7 business days, depending on the final destination. Shipping to Peninsular Malaysia usually takes 3 calendar days while shipping to East Malaysia and Labuan usually takes 7 business days.

What’s a business day?
A business day is a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday not including major holidays that fall on those weekdays.

We charge RM6 for each order as shipping fee. But for orders above RM100, we offer Free Shipping. Shipping fee will be displayed at your checkout page.

About customs duty?
The customs duties are included in the shipping cost, and consumers do not need to pay additional customs duties for this.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.
