Refund Policy
LANBENA guarantees returns if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, but we do not support exchanges. If there is a return request after receiving the item, you can file a return within 7 days from the date of receipt, but the following conditions must be met:
RETURN CONDITIONS
1) The original packaging of the returned product has not been opened or used;
2) The returned goods must be the same as the original box packaging when received;
Returnable Items:
Items that can be returned/refunded only with 7 days from the date of delivery and must follow the criteria as below:
(1)New and unopened.
(2)Items received in the incorrect size.
(3)Faulty items damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
(4)Unused item(s) that have not met your expectations within 7days of receiving.
Non-returnable Items:
We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
(1)Items outside the 7 days time frame. After 7 days we cannot accept the return.
(2)Used or misused items.
Please contact Customer Service via cs@lanbena.my, providing a transaction note, indicating the item you wish to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be greatly appreciated.
After receiving return instructions from us, please pack the item to be returned in its original packaging.
Send the package to the specified return address.
No-restocking to be changed to the customers for the return of the product. If the return is caused by the consumers, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reason, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for the reason.
Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.
Kindly allow between 5 business days for our after-sales team to process your request. After this, our financial team will transfer money to your personal account by bank transfer. That process usually takes 7-14 days, but sometimes it will take longer but will not exceed 30 days.
While we do everything we can to prevent this, sometimes items can be damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it within 2 days of delivery or receipt of the order. Please contact our Customer Service at cs@lanbena.my and provide photos of the damaged or defective product along with a copy of the packing slip or order number. If the product is deemed defective, LANBENA will replace the product and ship to you at no additional charge within 2-4 days with normal shopping time.
